Breakfast Debate

The 11th Internet Governance Forum (IGF) was held from 6 to 9 of December 2016 in Zapopan, Jalisco, México. The meeting marked the first gathering of the global multistakeholder IGF community since the renewal of the IGF’s mandate for 10 years.
