A look at the changes, evolution and future shifts occurring within the creative and cultural sectors in Europe, with a focus on the online consumer experience and showcasing how the sectors are evolving to assist and change with the COVID crisis, bringing content to Europeans and planning for the post-crisis reality.
This discussion will bring together a variety of practitioners to explain how the creative sectors have changed, used technology to focus on new consumer experiences, and will examine new and exciting consumer-facing tools and innovation, as well as looking at the different ways Europe is inviting in, producing and distributing content. It will tie in with the upcoming Commission priorities in the sector and for the digital space and in particular will look at the impact that COVID has had on changes to the sector and what these will mean in the years ahead. The discussion will bring in different perspectives from across the sector.
