DESCRIPTION:New Research brings compelling evidence that diversity and inclusion is a key driver for innovation, non-linear thinking, growth and success. At the same time most of the technology available is not developed taking into full account diversity and inclusion. It is hence essential to create the right conditions in the private as well as in the public sector. The event has the aim of discussing with researchers and politicians the conditions needed, through clear examples and case studies, that can foster more diversity and inclusion in the workplace, education and across society.
