DESCRIPTION:Our annual General Assembly meeting took place on 11th June in the European Parliament in Brussels. In accordance with the quorum and majority requirements set for in the Statutes of EIF, all the decisions on proposed resolutions have been taken validly, except for the resolution on the discharge of the Governing Board for the year 2024, since the quorum of two thirds of EIF Members present (or represented) was not met. In compliance with the Statutes of EIF, the Chair of our Steering Committee and the Chair of our Governing Board hereby convene a second General Assembly meeting.
