The Digital Markets Act is one of the flagship proposals on the European Commission’s Digital strategy. This innovative and horizontal tool is expected to have a major impact on the EU’s digital economy and echoes other international developments regarding competition in the digital field (e.g. in the US, UK, Korea).

Ten months after the European Commission’s original proposal, this event will seek to take stock of the progress made by the co-legislators. Participants will be invited to share their analysis and exchange with policy makers on the future of the EU’s digital economy and the potential effects of the proposed Regulation on digital markets.
