The fifth edition of the .eu Day organised by EURid, in cooperation with the European Internet Forum, will take place on 18 November 2026 in the European Parliament.

This breakfast debate will bring together policymakers, industry experts and stakeholders to discuss how the rapid rise of AI agents is transforming the online environment and what this means for digital trust, cybersecurity, European competitiveness, and internet governance.  The discussion aims to address questions such as how Europe can ensure that the web remains trusted, secure and resilient as autonomous AI agents become increasingly active online, and how digital infrastructure, identity solutions and governance frameworks can evolve to support this transition.

Marina Kaljurand MEP and EIF Steering Committee Chair will host the breakfast debate.
