The future of universal service

EIF Dinner Debate


A wide-ranging policy debate on the scope and future of Universal Service Obligations was necessary and had to be encouraged. 

During this dinner debate we discussed about policy options for a long term reform of the Universal Service and about the key role of public policies in the development of the Information Society for all.
