Bertelsmann Stiftung gladly invites you to participate in the next Brussels Breakfast Briefing on the topic

“Algo.Rules – How do we get the ethics into the code?”

on 20 March 2019 from 9:00 to 10:30

We will start the BBB with a presentation on the Algo.Rules, a joined initiative by the Bertelsmann Stiftung’s “Ethics of Algorithms” project and the independent think tank iRights.Lab. The Algo.Rules consist of nine principles, targeted at all people involved in the development or implementation of automated decision-making systems. We will then discuss how European stakeholders can work towards a more binding character of ethical guidelines.

Speaker: Carla Hustedt, Project Lead in the Ethics of Algorithms Project, Bertelsmann Stiftung

Please register by 15 March 2019 at the latest. We will allocate seats on a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive a confirmation before the event.
