The COVID-19 crisis has shown that digital technologies are essential to our economy and daily lives. Many in Europe made a major “digital leap” during this crisis, moving their work, schooling and social lives online. But the lockdowns also revealed the gaps in our digital infrastructure. How can we ensure that people are not left behind?
