EuroISPA's final DSA in Focus event will take stock of the discussions the coregulators had so far in 2021 and share insights on what can be expected in the upcoming trilogue negotiations. The panel will be moderated by EuroISPA’s President, Ms Alexandra Laffitte, and will feature introductory remarks by the Chair of EuroISPA’s Intermediary Liability Committee, Mr Malcolm Hutty. Mr Stefano Montanari, Adviser to the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights and Tobias Schmid, Commissioner for European Affairs of the German Media Authorities (DLM) and former Chair of ERGA, will participate in the roundtable-discussion. The discussion will be followed by an open Q&A session.
