An integral part of MWC Barcelona is the GSMA Ministerial Programme. In its seventeenth edition, the GSMA Ministerial Programme remains the world’s singular forum on mobile telecommunications and the digital economy for global policy leaders, heads of regulatory agencies, data privacy authorities, industry executives and technology experts.  

In this year’s agenda, we will exchange views on current priority topics, such as consumer privacy in the metaverse and data-powered humanitarian impact, as well as delving into themes of network investment, 5G expansion, digital inclusion, spectrum policy and regulating the data economy.
