As part of the strategy plan for after the EP elections, in a continuous effort to provide interesting value to MEPs, the Steering Committee approved the idea of organising a series of Tech masterclasses for MEP assistants, advisors and EP staff. The objective is to offer the opportunity to learn more on tech-related themes that are at the basis of digital policies, in a neutral environment.

Online scams have become one of the fastest-growing crimes worldwide. They cross borders, exploit new technologies, and overwhelm existing enforcement systems. Learn how criminals leverage AI fueled by a near-unlimited pool of illegally available personal data to instantly create hyper-personalized fraud. This session dives deep into how scams are crafted and undermine trust in public and private digital services, threatening both EU consumers and economies, while illicit profits serve to finance criminal networks.

If you are an MEP assistant, advisor or EP staff and you wish to register, please feel free to contact us at secretariat@internetforum.eu
