Corporate Regulatory Manager at Telefónica SA, Gonzalo assumed his current role in February 2022 after working as Public Policy Manager at Telefónica and Regulatory Manager at Telefónica Europe since 2012, focusing on the business and economic activity of the digital ecosystem and the Internet. Gonzalo began his professional career at Telefónica in 1999 in Network Services Marketing and later in Operations at Telefónica Spain. In 2001, he joined the Investor Relations team at Telefónica, SA, where he held various responsibilities for over 10 years until leading the IPO of Atento in 2011.

He holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, a European Financial Analyst Certified by the Foundation for Financial Studies, a Master's degree in Business Administration from ESADE, and a Web3 Professional Certified by Cryptoplaza.
