Guido is Senior Vice President & Director General for Europe at ITI – the global association of the tech industry. He leads ITI’s engagement on EU activities impacting technology and innovation, in areas such as connectivity, AI, cloud and data, competition, platform regulation, and sustainability issues. A lawyer by background, before joining ITI in 2017, Mr Lobrano was in charge of digital and Internal Market policy at BusinessEurope, the confederation of European industry, and was coordinating BusinessEurope’s Legal Affairs and Internal Market teams.
