Aude Le Tellier leads international development within Thales’s Critical Information Systems business with a focus on European organisations. In this position, she serves as an advisor to S3NS, the Thales-Google Cloud alliance delivering highly secure public cloud services in line with the French cybersecurity certification framework SecNumCloud. 

From 2018 to 2025, Aude held various positions at France’s National Cybersecurity Agency (ANSSI), building extensive expertise in digital security policy and cyber crisis management. In 2023, she was appointed Head of International Coordination at ANSSI after leading the agency’s EU and international political affairs unit throughout the French Presidency of the Council of the European Union. She represented France for several years on the ENISA Management Board and in the NIS Cooperation Group. Earlier in her career, Aude worked at the French Energy Regulatory Authority as an international engagement specialist. 

A trained economist (Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz and Paris X), Aude also holds a degree in political science from Sciences Po Strasbourg. She was an auditor in the 4th National Session of the French Institute for Higher National Defence Studies, specializing in Defence and Economic Security.
