Mikkel Naesager is an Executive Advisor of CISPE, representing European Cloud Infrastructure Services Provider. In this capacity, he has worked with CEOs and founders of leading European cloud infrastructure companies to address strategic policy priorities, including growth opportunities, sovereignty, and addressing discriminatory software licensing practices. He has advised on addressing unfair software licensing practices in the cloud market through dialogue, advisory, and anti-trust challenges.
As a Futurist and Technologist, he has, throughout his 15+ year career, advised numerous enterprises, government entities, and cloud providers on digital- and AI strategy, cloud and platform strategy, sourcing strategy, strategic autonomy, and cloud economics.
He is an Industry Fellow at the Danish Technical University (DTU) center for Technology Entrepreneurship, he serves on the Danish National Advisory Board for AI, and he has successfully founded and exited a technology start-up.
