
Sophie Morice is Director of Regulatory Strategy and, as of June 2026, Director of Regulatory Economic Studies and International Support at Orange Group.
With over 30 years in the telecommunications industry, Sophie combines strategic vision with deep technical and business expertise in network architecture and economics. She leads Orange's prospective regulatory analyses supporting the Orange Group's strategy, encompassing infrastructures, networks and services. In this capacity, she shapes Orange's positions on the design of regulatory frameworks that must reflect the real economic and technical constraints of network operators — from investment models to interconnection architecture. With over 30 years in the telecommunications industry, Sophie leads prospective regulatory analyses supporting Orange's strategy, contributes to the development of European regulatory frameworks, and coordinates regulatory positions with both internal and external stakeholders — including national regulators and EU institutions. She also provides strategic regulatory and economic support to Orange's subsidiaries across Europe in their negotiations with national regulators.
Sophie holds an engineering degree from Télécom Paris, an MBA from the Collège des Ingénieurs, and a Master's in Business Law from Université Paris I.
