Theodora Liameti is a Regulatory Market Access Analyst at Eutelsat, a global satellite operator with an integrated GEO-LEO satellite infrastructure, where she is responsible for global market access policy. Her work focuses on tracking regulatory and licensing developments in the satellite communications sector and managing the company’s portfolio of earth station licences and radiofrequency spectrum authorisations. In parallel, she serves as Europe Regional Group co-Lead at GSOA, where she contributes to shaping industry positions and engagement on key European policy developments. Before joining Eutelsat, she worked as a lawyer at a leading business law firm in Athens, advising clients in the digital and telecommunications sectors on complex regulatory matters. She has also contributed to research in space law and policy through institutions such as the Institut du droit de l’espace et des télécommunications (IDEST) in Paris and gained industry experience during an internship at SES’s regulatory department.
