Bettina Schön-Behanzin is Vice President Communications and External Affairs at Agile Robots. 

She joined the company in August 2025 where she oversees its global communications strategy and activities. She brings with her 25 years’ experience in corporate roles. Prior to joining Agile Robots, Bettina held senior management positions in both Europe and Asia. She was Managing Director China for industrial technology companies Wittur Elevator Components and Rittal Electro Mechanical Technology. Most recently, she served as Regional Representative Asia for the Freudenberg Group and later as CEO of Freudenberg Business Services in Germany. 

Bettina has also been actively involved in international business organizations. She served as Vice President of the European Chamber of Commerce in China and as Chair of the German Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai. She holds a master’s degree in Sinology, Business Administration, and Political Science from Ruhr University in Germany and completed postgraduate studies in Chinese and economics at Fudan University in Shanghai.
