Kati Levoranta is currently CLO of Rovio. Prior to this Kati was heading the Global Commercial Transactions (GCT) team in Legal and Compliance in Nokia Siemens Networks. The GCT team focuses on complex transactions ensuring professional and efficient support for the business globally. Kati has a law degree from Turku Law School, Finland and from Columbia Law School, US. Kati also holds MBA from Helsinki School of Economics, Finland.
