Rhys Noelke is Vice President Business Development at RTL Group, focusing on driving growth and digital innovation to the core businesses of the leading Pan-European broadcaster and content producer. 

Previously, from 2007 to 2011, Rhys Noelke worked as Executive Assistant for Gerhard Zeiler, Chief Executive Officer of RTL Group. Before coming to Luxembourg, he worked in various positions at Cologne-based RTL Interactive, which is responsible for diversification activities within Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland, including digital content and services. Among others, Rhys Noelke worked on the launch of the the video-on-demand platform RTL Now. He first came to RTL Television in 1999: while studying Political Science, History and History of Art at the University of Cologne, Rhys Noelke worked at Punkt 12, RTL Television’s lunchtime news magazine. 

Prior to joining RTL, he was founder of an online education platform and also worked as freelance journalist. He is 34 years old, born in Celle (Germany).
