ABOUT

Victor Braoios started his career as a civil servant at the Parliamentary Assembly of the State of São Paulo, Brazil, in 1999.  He studied Public International Law at The Hague Academy of International Law in 2003. After graduating in Law from the University of São Paulo, he joined the Diplomatic Academy of the Brazilian Ministry of External Relations in 2004. In the Ministry of External Relations, he was in charge of consular issues with North America, Central America and the Caribbean countries at the Division of Consular Assistance. In 2008, he was posted to the Brazilian Embassy in Moscow, where he was, in different periods, Head of the Consular Section and Head of the Trade Promotion Section. Working at the Mission of Brazil to the European Union since 2012, he is currently the Head of the Science and Technology Section.
