Céline Deswarte is working at the European Commission as a policy officer in the unit Health and Well Being of DG CONNECT. She qualified as a lawyer in France in 2005 and holds a Master II Degree in European Institutional Law and a Master II Degree in Public Law of the Economy from the University of Paris Panthéon Assas. She speaks French, English, Spanish and Italian.
