Andrew Fielding is Samsung Vice President of Government Relations Europe. He was previously a director of the Bruegel think tank and adviser to European Commission President Barroso. Before that he worked in the Cabinets of three Commissioners and was a Commission Spokesman. He is a graduate of Cambridge University and was a Visiting Fellow in EU law at the London School of Economics in the period 2006-08.
