Rene Summer, is a Director of Government and Industry Relations at Ericsson Group primarily occupied with developing positive long term conditions in the global ICT sector, shaping Ericsson’s public policy thought leadership such as: National Digital and Broadband Strategies, Copyright, Media Regulation, Data Protection and Cross Border Data Flows. He co-authored “Transforming to a Networked Society - Guide for Policy Makers” and has been appointed as an advisor to various governments in their ICT policy reviews and  working groups.
