Daniel Fesler is a Partner from the Brussels office. He heads the ITC practice of Baker & McKenzie Belgium and assists clients on all aspects of IT/Telecom, data protection and e-commerce law. Daniel has a large experience in terms of management of legal projects with a technological dimension notably in the automotive sector, and has led and participated to numerous data protection compliance programs, IT outsourcing transactions, implementation of IT solutions including in respect of connected cars at national and international level.

Daniel has also a strong dispute resolution practice, mostly in the ITC area, which gives him a vantage point when it comes to assess risks associated with certain projects or ventures in these fields.

Daniel has a law degree from the Free University of Brussels where he taught computer, information and communication law. Daniel has been and still is member of various governmental committees dealing with audiovisual, telecom and press affairs. He also assists the Belgian French speaking Bar as an expert of ITC matters.
