Emily is the CEO of Oxil, Oxford Information Labs. She has worked in the field of Internet Governance for 15 years, and is an Associate Fellow of Chatham House. She has collaborated in various projects with the biggest names in the industry including ICANN, Verisign, Ofcom and UNESCO. She is the main author of the EURId-UNESCO World Report on IDN Deployment since 2011.
