ABOUT

António Carlos Correia Fernandes has joined Deutsche Telekom in September 2018, having previously worked in the Telecoms industry for the past 18 years. Main work consists in defining the strategy for network analytics as well as the overall framework for data within Technology Innovation, leveraging on big data, artificial intelligence and machine learning. During the last 5 years he has managed both group and local market teams and departments, in close cooperation with the business, finance, network planning, benchmark and customer care areas.

He holds a post-graduation in Online Services and Databases, and an MSc with distinction from University of Manchester in UK for Communication Engineering.

António lives in Düsseldorf. In his free time he does sports, listens to music, watches a good movie and above all enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also likes to develop customized home automated solutions to make the home smarter and easier/more interactive to use.
