Adam Ocharski is Head of Business Intelligence at Santander Bank Polska. He claims his primary job description is to transform data into money. Adam is also a guest lecturer at University of Wroclaw, one of the most renowned universities in Poland where for the last 10 years he has been increasing students interest in application of statistical methods in finance industry. He has broad experience in both local & international projects where the advanced analytics has been used to solve business issues in finance industry. He is also leading Santander’s data position at the European Banking Federation, as an active member of its Data Economy High-Level Working Group.

He holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from Wroclaw University of Science and Technology and has done other academic stays in University of Economics in Poznan and ICAN Institute.
