ABOUT

Toni Kaatz-Dubberke is a political scientist and holds an Executive Master of Public Administration from the Hertie School in Berlin. Toni is based at GIZ headquarters in Bonn and coordinates the German contribution to the development partnership with Orange in 14 countries. For around ten years, he has been working in the field of international cooperation, working in different positions together with Asian and African city administrations and ministries as well as in civil society. Since 2019, he has been working on digital transformation topics (AI, digital skills) in low- and middle-income countries.
