As an expert in children’s rights she has been in charged of intercountry adoptions, child abduction and fight against child sexual violence and abuse at national level for 10 years.

With a Degree in International Relations and a Professional Master in Humanitarian Action, International Cooperation and Development Policies from Sorbonne University, she previously served as an Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the Republic of San Marino to the Council of Europe.
