Norman Heit is the Group Corporate Security Director at Vodafone. Prior, he worked for Boehringer Ingelheim as Head of Global Security Management and Head of Corporate Crisis Management at Bayer AG. Norman began his career in the German police force, held various roles and served as liaison officer/advisor to NATO in Afghanistan. He is lecturing Security Management at the University of Applied Science Saarland and a member of the Supervisory Board of the Transported Asset Protection Association (EMEA). He has studied Security Management, Criminology and Police Science, and Public Administration.
