Jon Lester has spent the last 18 years in IBM, the first 10 as an IBM consultant working with many clients across Europe in technology-enabled Human Resources transformation, and the last 8 in internal HR across a number of roles including transforming the way work gets done in IBMglobal delivery centres. In 2022 Jon became the VP of HR Technology for IBM. His responsibilities include end-to-end ownership, strategy, and development of Cloud, AI, Automation and Blockchain technologies for IBM HR as well as the Digital HR strategy for IBM. This portfolio also includes management of HR chatbots, Robotic process automation, Digital Identity and more recently Watson Orchestrate for HR.
