A delegation of 15 Members of the European Parliament* went on a tour of Silicon Valley (18-21/07/16) organised by the EIF and EU40 under the title 'ICT Innovation & Entrepreneurship: the Road to the Valley'. EIF presents daily video blogs from the visit featuring MEPs, company representatives and their exchange on the entrepreneurship in the US and Europe.

What happened in Silicon Valley?

DAY 1

The first day included visits and meetings with Neumann Society, Ericsson, Intel, Cisco, eBay, Apple and Sky Ventures.

The second day included visits and meetings at Stanford University (Hosts: Dr. Burton Lee), AT&T Foundry, Facebook, SAP Labs and Samsung.

DAY 3

The third day included visits and meetings at Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Symantec, Nokia and Deutsche Telekom T-Labs.
