The event will host a debate between different stakeholders to discuss where the real opportunities lie in the DSA and to air what the various stakeholders hope to achieve through the DSA.

How to focus on getting a robust responsibility framework for online stakeholders to operate in? Differences between liability and responsibility and what kind of regulatory framework, oversight mechanisms and instruments are needed to achieve this? How will this framework fit in with existing legislation? How to create a future proof effective framework.
